What Solar Connect does

Solar Connect is a marketplace that gathers details about your home and energy goals and matches you with third-party solar, battery, and EV charging installers. We are not the installer and do not perform installations ourselves.

Quotes and estimates

Any system sizes, prices, savings figures, payback periods, and timelines shown on the Service are estimates for informational purposes only. They are not a binding offer. Final pricing and terms come from the installer in a signed agreement after a site evaluation.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information when requesting a quote.
Only submit a quote request for a property you own or are authorized to act for.
Use the Service lawfully and not attempt to disrupt or misuse it.

Third-party installers

Installers are independent businesses. Any contract you enter is between you and that installer. Solar Connect is not responsible for the workmanship, pricing, or conduct of third-party installers, though we aim to match you with vetted partners.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solar Connect is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
