01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service establish a binding agreement between you ("Customer") and SolarConnect.Solar LLC ("Solar Connect"). By submitting a lead form or using the website or platform, you consent to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the services.

02 Description of Service

Solar Connect is a residential solar, battery, and EV charging marketplace. Homeowners submit their home and energy details and receive quotes from vetted third-party installers side by side. Solar Connect is not the installer and does not perform installations. Installers listed on the platform are independent businesses; any contract you enter is between you and that installer.

The company may modify, add, or remove features periodically. Material reductions in functionality will be communicated in advance.

Any system sizes, prices, savings figures, payback periods, and timelines shown are estimates for informational purposes only. They are not a binding offer. Final pricing and terms come from the installer in a signed agreement after a site evaluation.

03 Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms
• Upload infringing, defamatory, harassing, or harmful content
• Attempt reverse-engineering, decompilation, or source code extraction
• Interfere with service integrity or performance
• Send unsolicited commercial messages or spam
• Submit a quote request for a property you do not own or are not authorized to act for
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your information

04 SMS & Text Messaging Terms

Consent

By providing a mobile number and submitting a lead form, you consent to receive marketing text messages (such as promotions, confirmations, and product updates) from Solar Connect using automated technology. Consent is not required for purchase.

Frequency & Cost

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-out

Marketing text message subscriptions can be cancelled anytime by replying STOP to any message. One confirmation message will be sent, then no further marketing texts. Reply HELP or email for assistance.

05 Intellectual Property

The Solar Connect platform, including software, design, trademarks, and content (excluding user data), belongs to SolarConnect.Solar LLC or its licensors and receives intellectual property protection. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service according to these Terms.

You retain ownership of information you submit through the service. You grant Solar Connect a license to host, process, and display that data solely for service provision. Your submitted information is not shared with installers during the quote or shopping process; quotes are generated by Solar Connect on your behalf from our installer catalog. If you choose to sign an agreement with one of our partner installers through the platform, your relevant contact and project information is then shared with that specific installer so they can proceed with your project. 06 Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Solar Connect does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure service. Solar Connect is not responsible for the workmanship, pricing, or conduct of third-party installers, though we aim to match you with vetted partners.

07 Limitation of Liability

Solar Connect will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill from service use. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100) or the total amount you have paid Solar Connect in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

08 Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Solar Connect may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms or harmful conduct. Upon termination, your service access ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

09 Changes to These Terms

Solar Connect may update these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date shown reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice. Continued service use after updates take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

10 Governing Law

These Terms follow California state law without regard to conflict principles. Any dispute resolves in California state or federal courts, and you consent to their exclusive jurisdiction.
